Our Story
From One Property to a Trusted Local Agency
SAJI Property Services was founded in the early 2000s by Sajid Patel, who began his career managing a handful of rental properties in Forest Gate. What started as a personal venture quickly grew as word spread that here was an agent who actually answered the phone, kept landlords informed, and treated tenants with respect.
Over two decades, we've grown into a full-service lettings and property management agency covering E6, E7, E12, E13, and the surrounding postcodes — but we've never lost the personal touch that set us apart from the start. Every client still gets a named contact, every call still gets answered, and every property still gets the same care we'd give our own.

Founder & Managing Director
Saji founded the agency in the early 2000s after spotting a gap for a genuinely personal lettings service in East London. With over 20 years in the industry, he still personally oversees every new instruction and remains the first point of contact for all landlord clients.
Priya Sharma
Head of Lettings
Priya joined SAJI in 2012 and has been instrumental in growing the lettings side of the business. She leads all tenant sourcing, viewings, and referencing, and is known for her meticulous attention to detail and warm, reassuring manner with clients.
James Okafor
Property Management Coordinator
James manages the day-to-day running of our managed portfolio, coordinating maintenance, inspections, and compliance. His background in construction means he can assess issues quickly and get the right contractor on site without delay.
